Government officials across the U.S. have spent the past nine months telling the public that testing and treatment for COVID-19 is affordable, but that’s not always the case.

inewsource and KPBS are partnering up to investigate the unexpected and burdensome medical costs associated with COVID-19 in San Diego County. You can help by telling us what you’ve been charged for coronavirus testing or treatment and by sharing your medical bills.
