Today, we’re happy to announce our app has officially launched.

This is an exciting moment for us – and we hope for you. A few months ago, we embarked on our journey to improve the user experience at inewsource from the ground up, adding new accessibility features, making complex terms easier to understand, and customizing the individual reader and email experience. We then turned our focus to finding better ways of alerting readers to new stories, particularly on mobile devices.

Our app now makes it possible to receive push notifications whenever we publish a new story and share content across different apps and OS-specific features. The reading experience beyond that should feel very familiar to what you’re accustomed to on your favorite mobile browser.

Downloading our app is simple: You either search for “inewsource” in either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store or click the links in this paragraph on your mobile device.

Important note: In order to receive push alerts, you must click the bell icon on the upper-right part of the top navigation bar and select all the coverage areas for which you want alerts.

We’d love to hear your feedback! Use the form below and let us know what you think. You can find our general feedback form and bug surveys by tapping the hub button on the lower left corner of your screen.

Thanks for continuing with us on our journey to refine and improve the user experience across our platforms.

The inewsource app was made possible by a generous gift from the James Silberrad Brown Foundation. Learn more here.
